Sterling Hill is a newer, single-family home community, situated close to all major schools, shops, and amenities. Access to Tampa airport is a breeze with the proximity of the Suncoast Expressway also. It is made up of several smaller gated subdivisions – each one making up Sterling Hill as a whole. They are; Amersham Isles, Arborglades, Brackenwood, Brightstone Place, Covey Run, Dunwoody, Edgemere, Glenburne, Haverhill, and Mandalay.
Sterling Hill has 2 clubhouses, one on the north side and one on the south, to service the residents. Both Clubhouses feature a community pool, mini gym, children’s playground and between them feature a dog park and beach volleyball court as well as nature trails to explore.
